Ebru brings valuable experience in business immigration, cultivated through dedicated work. Specializing in assisting corporate entities, she focuses on securing nonimmigrant status for global talent, including H-1B and O-1 visas, and assisting clients through the immigrant visa process to obtain permanent resident status in the United States. Her expertise extends to facilitating highly skilled individuals through the green card process via complex petitions for extraordinary ability (EB-1A), national interest waiver (EB-2 NIW) classification, and PERM applications. Ebru is also experienced in Family Based Adjustment of Status/Green Card (I-130) Applications, Employment Based Green Card/Adjustment of Status (I-140) Applications, as well as Naturalization applications.

Before joining Kulen Law Firm, Ebru worked as an Attorney in Turkey. She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Dogus University and has earned her Master of Laws Degree (L.L.M.) from the University of Pittsburgh. Ebru has been a member of the Bursa Bar Association in Turkey since 2017.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ebru enjoys running and participating in marathons.
