Elda joined Kulen Law Firm PC in 2021 after a varied background in managing multiple organizations. As the Accounting – HR Manager, Elda oversees the finance and human resource operations of the firm. She is in charge of the firm’s accounting activities as well as managing and administering training programs for all new and existing staff members. Multi-lingual speaker fluent in Albanian, English, Italian, Turkish and Spanish languages, Elda is capable of serving as a liaison or interpreter in high-level executive meetings.

Elda graduated with honors from Hacettepe University with a dual degree B.S. in Political Science and Economics and received her master’s degree M.S. in International Relations from Middle East Technical University in 2013.

Away from work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and playing tennis.
