Funda has experience in multiple practice areas: Family-based Immigration Visa Petitions, Adjustment of Status (AOS) Petitions, Naturalization Process, NVC Proceeding, FOIA Requests, VAWA Applications, DACA Renewals, Asylum Applications, EAD-AP Applications, and Renewals.

Funda received her law degree from the Istanbul University and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. In Turkey, she specialized in corporate law and labor law. She has been working in the legal field since 2006.

After moving to the U.S., Funda obtained ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate from the Long Island University and pursued her career at various immigration law firms in New York.

Previously, Funda worked at JFK Airport and assisted Custom Border Protection officers by accompanying Turkish passengers and translating Turkish documents and interrogations to English.

Funda enjoys swimming, hiking, and playing chess. She is fluent in Turkish.
